We are established in Georgia, so we process personal data under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Because we offer our services to people in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to that processing too. Where the two differ we apply whichever gives you more protection, and the rights below are available to you wherever you live.
The questions, your score and the full write-up all work without an email address. Nothing you answer leaves your browser unless you choose to send it. If you close the page without filling in the email field, we never see your answers at all.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this page, and we do not build a profile of you from other sources.
So Daria can write back to you about your result, and so we have the context to make that reply useful. We also look at results in aggregate to understand which problems come up most often — that does not identify anyone.
There is a second, optional box you can tick if you would also like to hear from us occasionally. If you leave it unticked, we will only contact you about this result. That is not a formality: the boxes are stored separately and we act on them.
Your consent, given by ticking the box before you submit (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the corresponding provision of Georgian law). You can withdraw it any time by writing to contact@pitchitt.art. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.
Submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, and confirm when it is done.
The page is hosted by Vercel Inc., and form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree. Both act only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Our email is handled by Google Workspace.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
These providers process data outside Georgia and outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. For data covered by the GDPR, those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the providers' own safeguards. For data covered by Georgian law, they rest on the grounds that law permits, including your consent and appropriate contractual safeguards.
There is no single federal privacy law, and the state laws — California's CCPA and its equivalents — only apply above thresholds we are nowhere near. We are a one-person business, we do not buy or sell personal information, and we handle nothing like the volumes those laws address. So they do not apply to us.
We give you the same rights regardless. To be explicit about the one that matters most under those laws: we do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or send it to you in a portable format. Write to contact@pitchitt.art. We respond within one month, at no charge.
Tell us first if you can — most things are quicker to fix directly. You can also go straight to a regulator. In Georgia that is the Personal Data Protection Service. In the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, complain to the authority where you live or work.
Data is sent over an encrypted connection and held by the providers named above. Access is limited to Daria Serova. If a breach happens that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Service within 72 hours and tell you directly where the law requires it.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you before it takes effect.
